Unfortunately I’m having to leave neutral, and the reason is I purchased this item from him as he registered as a business which means I should be able to get a VAT receipt so I can claim back on my expenses unfortunately when I asked for VAT receipt he wasn’t able to provide one and now I’m out of pocket o also the printer itself is exactly as described and works fine and was delivered in a good time but wouldn’t give me track number odd for 89.99 item, not sure why???
